KOICA សមាគមអតីតកម្មសិក្សាការីកម្ពុជា-កូរ៉េ និង មន្ទីរបរិស្ថានរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ រួមគ្នារៀបចំពិព័រណ៍រូបថត និងពិធីប្រគល់រង្វាន់ ដើម្បីលើកកម្ពស់ការកាត់បន្ថយសំណល់ប្លាស្ទិកនៅក្នុងសាលារៀន និងសហគមន៍កម្ពុជា

ភ្នំពេញ ៖ នៅថ្ងៃទី២៦ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦​​​៖​ការិយាល័យទីភ្នាក់ងារសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិកូរ៉េ(KOICA) ប្រចាំប្រទេសកម្ពុជា សហការជាមួយសមាគមអតីតម្មសិក្សាការីកម្ពុជា-កូរ៉េ(ស.អ.ក.ក-CAMKAA) និងមន្ទីរបរិស្ថានរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ(PPDE) បានរៀបចំដោយជោគជ័យនូវ សកម្មភាពការយល់ដឹងអំពីបរិស្ថានឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ការប្រកួតប្រជែង និងការតាំងពិព័រណ៍រូបថតស្តីពីការកាត់បន្ថយសំណល់ប្លាស្ទិកតាមសាលារៀន នៅវិទ្យាល័យ ជា ស៊ីម សាមគ្គី។ គំនិតផ្តួចផ្តើមនេះត្រូវបានអនុវត្តជាកម្មវិធីពហុដំណាក់កាលដែលដឹកនាំដោយសមាគមអតីតកម្មសិក្សាកម្ពុជា-កូរ៉េ ក្រោមភាពជាដៃគូយ៉ាងជិតស្និទ្ធជាមួយមន្ទីរបរិស្ថានរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ និងមានការគាំទ្រពីការិយាល័យ KOICA ប្រចាំប្រទេសកម្ពុជា។

 កម្មវិធីនេះមានគោលបំណងពង្រឹងការយល់ដឹងអំពីបរិស្ថានក្នុងចំណោមយុវជន និងលើកកម្ពស់ការកាត់បន្ថយសំណល់ប្លាស្ទិក តាមរយៈការអប់រំបរិស្ថាន និងការថតរូបប្រកបដោយភាពច្នៃប្រឌិត។ កម្មវិធីនេះបានចាប់ផ្តើមជាមួយនឹងវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលស្តីពី ការអប់រំបរិស្ថាន និងជំនាញថតរូបមូលដ្ឋាន រយៈពេល ១១ថ្ងៃ ចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី១ ដល់ថ្ងៃទី១១ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ដោយមានការចូលរួមពីសិស្សានុសិស្សនៅវិទ្យាល័យនិងអនុវិទ្យាល័យចំនួន២០០នាក់ មកពីសាលាគោលដៅចំនួនប្រាំក្នុងរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ រួមមាន៖ អនុវិទ្យាល័យត្រពាំងសាលា, វិទ្យាល័យ ហ៊ុន សែន ជំពូវ័ន្ត, វិទ្យាល័យបឹងប្រីយ៍, វិទ្យាល័យព្រះស៊ីសុវត្ថិ និងវិទ្យាល័យ ជា ស៊ីម សាមគ្គី។ តាមរយៈវិធីសាស្ត្រនេះ សិស្សានុសិស្សទទួលបានការយល់ដឹងកាន់តែស៊ីជម្រៅអំពីបញ្ហាប្រឈមនានាផ្នែកបរិស្ថាន ព្រមទាំងរៀនពីរបៀបបញ្ជូនសារដែលមានអត្ថន័យទៅកាន់សហគមន៍របស់ពួកគេតាមរយៈការនិទានរឿងដោយរូបភាព។

 បន្ទាប់ពីវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាល សិស្សានុសិស្សបានចុះអនុវត្តការចងក្រងឯកសារតាមសហគមន៍ និងបានដាក់ស្នើប្រកួតរូបថតចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី១១ ដល់ថ្ងៃទី១៩ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ដោយផ្តិតយកទិដ្ឋភាពបញ្ហាបរិស្ថានពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងសំណល់ប្លាស្ទិកនៅក្នុងសហគមន៍របស់ពួកគេ។ គណៈកម្មការវាយតម្លៃរួមគ្នារវាង សមាគមអតីតម្មសិក្សាការីកម្ពុជា-កូរ៉េ(ស.អ.ក.ក-CAMKAA)​និងមន្ទីរបរិស្ថានរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ(PPDE) បានធ្វើការពិនិត្យនិងវាយតម្លៃយ៉ាងម៉ត់ចត់លើរូបថតដែលបានដាក់ស្នើ ចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី២២ ដល់ថ្ងៃទី២៤ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ដោយផ្អែកលើភាពពាក់ព័ន្ធទៅនឹងប្រធានបទ បច្ចេកទេសថតរូប និងគំនិតច្នៃប្រឌិតផ្ទាល់ខ្លួន។ ដំណើរការនេះបានឈានដល់ការប្រកាសលទ្ធផលចុងក្រោយ ព្រមទាំងការរៀបចំពិព័រណ៍រូបថត និងពិធីប្រគល់រង្វាន់នៅថ្ងៃទី២៦ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ នេះ។

 ពិធីនេះប្រព្រឹត្តទៅក្រោមអធិបតីភាព ឯកឧត្តម អ៊ឹម សួរ ប្រធានសមាគមអតីតម្មសិក្សាការីកម្ពុជា-កូរ៉េ(ស.អ.ក.ក-CAMKAA) និងជាអគ្គលេខាធិការរង ក្រុមប្រឹក្សាអភិវឌ្ឍន៍កម្ពុជា (CDC) លោកស្រី លី​​ សេជីន-Lee Sejin អនុប្រធានការិយាល័យកយកា-KOICA ប្រចាំប្រទេសកម្ពុជា និង លោក សេង គ្រី អនុប្រធានមន្ទីរបរិស្ថានរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ។មានអ្នកចូលរួមប្រមាណ ២៥០នាក់ បានមកចូលរួមក្នុងពិធីនេះ ដែលរួមមានសិស្សានុសិស្ស លោកគ្រូ-អ្នកគ្រូ គណៈគ្រប់គ្រងសាលា តំណាងរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល ភាគីពាក់ព័ន្ធក្នុងវិស័យបរិស្ថាន ព្រមទាំងតំណាងមកពីស្ថាប័នដៃគូ និងសាលារៀនដែលបានចូលរួម។

 កម្មវិធីបានចាប់ផ្តើមដោយមតិស្វាគមន៍ និងបើកកម្មវិធីពីសំណាក់តំណាងប្រធានសមាគមអតីតម្មសិក្សាការីកម្ពុជា-កូរ៉េ, ទីភ្នាក់ងារសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិកូរ៉េ(KOICA)និងមន្ទីរបរិស្ថានរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ ដោយបានគូសបញ្ជាក់ពីសារៈសំខាន់នៃការចូលរួមរបស់យុវជនក្នុងការការពារបរិស្ថាន និងការលើកកម្ពស់យុទ្ធសាស្ត្រ ៤ក​​ ឬ 4R  របស់កម្ពុជា គឺ៖ ការបដិសេធមិនប្រើប្រាស់ (Refuse), ការកាត់បន្ថយ (Reduce), ការប្រើប្រាស់ឡើងវិញ (Reuse) និងការកែច្នៃឡើងវិញ (Recycle)។ មតិចាប់អារម្មណ៍ទាំងនោះបានសង្កត់ធ្ងន់លើតួនាទីដ៏សំខាន់របស់យុវជនក្នុងការជំរុញការយល់ដឹងអំពីបរិស្ថាន និងការអនុវត្តប្រកបដោយនិរន្តរភាពនៅក្នុងសាលារៀន និងសហគមន៍របស់ពួកគេ។

 លក្ខណៈពិសេសមួយនៃព្រឹត្តិការណ៍នេះគឺ ការតាំងពិព័រណ៍រូបថត ដែលស្នាដៃជ្រើសរើសរបស់សិស្សានុសិស្សត្រូវបានដាក់បង្ហាញ ដោយបង្ហាញពីបញ្ហាប្រឈមផ្នែកបរិស្ថាន និងសកម្មភាពឆ្លើយតបរបស់សហគមន៍ចំពោះសំណល់ប្លាស្ទិក។ ការតាំងពិព័រណ៍នេះបានផ្តល់នូវវេទិកាមួយសម្រាប់និស្សិតដើម្បីបង្ហាញពីការព្រួយបារម្ភអំពីបរិស្ថាន និងតស៊ូមតិសម្រាប់ការផ្លាស់ប្តូរអាកប្បកិរិយាតាមរយៈការប្រាស្រ័យទាក់ទងប្រកបដោយភាពច្នៃប្រឌិត។ ពិធីប្រគល់ពានរង្វាន់ក៏ត្រូវបានធ្វើឡើងដើម្បីទទួលស្គាល់និស្សិតថតរូបឆ្នើមសម្រាប់ភាពច្នៃប្រឌិត ភាពដើម និងការយល់ដឹងអំពីបរិស្ថាន។ អ្នកឈ្នះទទួលបានវិញ្ញាបនបត្រទទួលស្គាល់ រួមជាមួយនឹងសម្ភារៈដែលមិនប៉ះពាល់ដល់បរិស្ថាន រួមមានធុងទឹកចំណុះ ១០០០ លីត្រ ពាងទឹកចំណុះ ៦០០ លីត្រ និងធុងសម្រាមចំណុះ ១២០ លីត្រ ដើម្បីគាំទ្រដល់ការកែលម្អការអនុវត្តការគ្រប់គ្រងកាកសំណល់ និងទឹកនៅក្នុងសាលារៀន។

 នៅក្នុងមតិយោបល់របស់លោកស្រី លី​​ សេជីន-Lee Sejin អនុប្រធានការិយាល័យកយកា-KOICA ប្រចាំប្រទេសកម្ពុជា បានបញ្ជាក់សារជាថ្មីនូវការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តរបស់KOICA ក្នុងការគាំទ្រដល់ការលើកស្ទួយយុវជន និងការអប់រំបរិស្ថាននៅក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា។ លោកស្រីបានសង្កត់ធ្ងន់លើសារៈសំខាន់នៃការបំពាក់បំប៉នយុវជនទាំងចំណេះដឹង និងជំនាញជាក់ស្តែង ដើម្បីរួមចំណែកដល់ការអភិវឌ្ឍប្រកបដោយចីរភាព និងការគ្រប់គ្រងបរិស្ថាន។​ តំណាងមកពីសមាគមអតីតម្មសិក្សាការីកម្ពុជា-កូរ៉េ(ស.អ.ក.ក-CAMKAA)​និងមន្ទីរបរិស្ថានរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ(PPDE)ក៏បានសម្តែងនូវការកោតសរសើរចំពោះការចូលរួមយ៉ាងសកម្មរបស់សិស្សានុសិស្ស និងកិច្ចសហការយ៉ាងរឹងមាំក្នុងចំណោមដៃគូទាំងអស់ ក្នុងការលើកកម្ពស់ការយល់ដឹងអំពីបរិស្ថានតាមរយៈការអប់រំ និងការច្នៃប្រឌិត។

 ព្រឹត្តិការណ៍នេះបានបញ្ចប់នៅម៉ោង ១០:៣០ ព្រឹក ជាមួយនឹងពិធីបិទ និងការថតរូបជុំគ្នា ដែលជាការកត់សម្គាល់នៃការបញ្ចប់ដោយជោគជ័យនូវគំនិតផ្តួចផ្តើមសហការ ដែលបានពង្រឹងការអប់រំបរិស្ថាន ការចូលរួមរបស់យុវជន និងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍កម្ពុជា-កូរ៉េ សម្រាប់ការអភិវឌ្ឍប្រកបដោយចីរភាព។

 រូបថតដែលបានជ្រើសរើសពីការប្រកួតប្រជែងនេះ ក៏នឹងត្រូវយកទៅដាក់បង្ហាញនៅក្នុងកម្មវិធី ការជួបជុំអតីតកម្មសិក្សាការីកម្ពុជា-កូរ៉េប្រចំាឆ្នាំ២០២៦ (2026 Cambodia Korea Alumni Reunion) ដែលនឹងប្រារព្ធធ្វើនៅពេលខាងមុខនេះផងដែរ។ ការជួបជុំនេះរំពឹងថានឹងមានអ្នកចូលរួមប្រមាណ ៣០០នាក់ រួមទាំងតំណាងមកពីស្ថានទូតនៃសាធារណរដ្ឋកូរ៉េ និងបណ្តាញអតីតនិស្សិត/កម្មសិក្សាការីកម្ពុជា-កូរ៉េសំខាន់ៗ ដូចជា៖ សមាគមអតីតកម្មសិក្សាការីកម្ពុជាប្រចាំប្រទេសកូរ៉េ (KAAC) សមាគមអតីតម្មសិក្សាការីកម្ពុជា-កូរ៉េ(ស.អ.ក.ក-CAMKAA)​ អតីតនិស្សិត KOFIH Global Alumni (KGA) និងសហគមន៍អតីតនិស្សិតអាហារូបករណ៍ Global Korea Scholarship (GKS)។ តាមរយៈការដាក់បង្ហាញស្នាដៃរបស់សិស្សានុសិស្សនៅក្នុងការជួបជុំនេះ គំនិតផ្តួចផ្តើមនេះនឹងបន្តលើកកម្ពស់ការយល់ដឹងអំពីបរិស្ថាន និងពង្រីកវិសាលភាពនៃសារដែលដឹកនាំដោយយុវជនស្តីពីការកាត់បន្ថយសំណល់ប្លាស្ទិកទៅកាន់អ្នកទស្សនារូបថតដែលបានជ្រើសរើសពីការប្រកួតប្រជែងនេះ កាន់តែទូលំទូលាយ៕

KOICA, CAMKAA, and PPDE Host Photo Exhibition and Award Ceremony to Promote Plastic Waste Reduction in Cambodian Schools and Communities

 Phnom Penh, Cambodia – June 26, 2026 – The Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) Cambodia Office, in collaboration with the Cambodia–Korea Alumni Association (CAMKAA) and the Phnom Penh Department of Environment (PPDE), successfully organized the “Environmental Awareness Activity 2026: School-Based Plastic Waste Reduction Photo Competition and Exhibition” at Chea Sim Samaki High School.

 

The initiative was implemented as a multi-phase program led by CAMKAA in close partnership with PPDE and with support from the KOICA Cambodia Office. The program aimed to strengthen youth environmental awareness and promote plastic waste reduction through environmental education and creative photography. It commenced with an 11-day Environmental Education and Basic Photography Training conducted from June 1 to June 11, 2026, engaging 200 high school students from five selected schools in Phnom Penh: Trapeang Sala High School, Hun Sen Chumpuvorn High School, Beoung Brei High School, Preah Sisowath High School, and Chea Sim Samaki High School. Through this approach, students gained a deeper understanding of environmental challenges while learning to communicate meaningful messages to their communities through visual storytelling.

 

Following the training, participants undertook field documentation and submitted photographs from June 11 to June 19, 2026, capturing environmental issues related to plastic waste in their communities. A joint CAMKAA–PPDE evaluation committee conducted a comprehensive review of the submissions from June 22 to June 24, 2026, assessing entries based on thematic relevance, technical quality, and originality. The process culminated in the final result workshop and Photo Exhibition and Award Ceremony held on June 26, 2026.

 

The event was presided over by H.E. Im Sour, President of CAMKAA and Deputy Secretary General of the Council for the Development of Cambodia (CDC), Ms. Lee Sejin, Deputy Country Director of the KOICA Cambodia Office, and Mr. Seng Kry, Deputy Director of the Phnom Penh Department of Environment (PPDE). Approximately 250 participants attended the ceremony, including students, teachers, school administrators, government representatives, environmental stakeholders, and representatives from partner institutions and participating schools.

 

The program commenced with opening remarks delivered by representatives from CAMKAA, KOICA, and PPDE, highlighting the importance of youth engagement in environmental protection and the promotion of Cambodia’s 4R strategy—Refuse, Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle. The remarks underscored the vital role of young people in advancing environmental awareness and sustainable practices within their schools and communities.

 

A key feature of the event was the Photo Exhibition, where selected student works were showcased, highlighting environmental challenges and community-based responses to plastic waste. The exhibition provided a platform for students to express environmental concerns and advocate for behavioral change through creative visual communication. An Award Ceremony was also held to recognize outstanding student photographers for their creativity, originality, and environmental awareness. Winners received certificates of recognition along with eco-friendly materials, including 1,000-liter water tanks, 600-liter water jars, and 120-liter dustbins, to support improved waste and water management practices in schools.

 

In her remarks, Ms. Lee Sejin, Deputy Country Director of the KOICA Cambodia Office, reaffirmed KOICA’s commitment to supporting youth empowerment and environmental education in Cambodia. She emphasized the importance of equipping young people with both knowledge and practical skills to contribute to sustainable development and environmental stewardship. Representatives from CAMKAA and PPDE also expressed appreciation for the active participation of students and the strong collaboration among all partners in promoting environmental awareness through education and creativity.

 

The event concluded at 10:30 a.m. with a closing ceremony and group photograph, marking the successful completion of a collaborative initiative that strengthened environmental education, youth engagement, and Cambodia–Korea development cooperation for sustainable development.

 

Selected photographs from the competition will also be showcased at the “2026 Cambodia–Korea Alumni Reunion”. The reunion is expected to convene approximately 300 participants, including representatives from the Embassy of the Republic of Korea and major Cambodia–Korea alumni networks, namely the Korea Alumni Association of Cambodia (KAAC), the Cambodia–Korea Alumni Association (CAMKAA), the KOFIH Global Alumni (KGA), and the Global Korea Scholarship (GKS) alumni community. By featuring the students’ work at this gathering, the initiative will further promote environmental awareness and extend the reach of youth-led messages on plastic waste reduction to a broader audience.
