ហ្គាហ្សា៖ មន្ត្រីជាន់ខ្ពស់ នៃទីភ្នាក់ងារជំនួយរបស់អង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិសម្រាប់ជនភៀសខ្លួនប៉ាឡេស្ទីន (UNRWA) បានព្រមានថា ស្ថានការណ៍មនុស្សធម៌នៅហ្គាហ្សាកាន់តែធ្ងន់ធ្ងរឡើង ដោយសារការដួលរលំនៃច្បាប់ និងសណ្តាប់ធ្នាប់ និងការកើនឡើងនៃអំពើលួចប្លន់។

ការដឹកជញ្ជូនជំនួយមនុស្សធម៌ទៅកាន់ហ្គាហ្សា បានថយចុះយ៉ាងខ្លាំង ដោយសារសង្រ្គាមនិងការរំខានដល់សន្តិសុខ។ ថ្លែងនៅក្នុងសន្និសិទមួយក្នុងប្រទេស Cyprus លោកស្រី Boucly បានរាយការណ៍ថា រថយន្តដឹកជញ្ជូនជំនួយបានធ្លាក់ចុះពី ៥០០គ្រឿង មកត្រឹម ៣៧គ្រឿងក្នុងមួយថ្ងៃ។ លោកស្រីបន្តថា ការដឹកជញ្ជូនជំនួយទាំងនោះទៀតសោត ក៏ប្រឈមនឹងហានិភ័យខ្ពស់ នៃអំពើលួចប្លន់ដោយក្រុមឧក្រិដ្ឋជន។

លោកស្រី Boucly បានថ្លែងទៀតថា តំបន់ហ្គាហ្សាបានក្លាយជាកន្លែងដែលមិនអាចរស់នៅបាន ដោយសារស្ថានភាពមនុស្សធម៌ កាន់តែយ៉ាប់យ៉ឺនទៅៗ។ លោកស្រី ក៏បានអំពាវនាវឱ្យមានការទទួលខុសត្រូវ ចំពោះការរំលោភច្បាប់អន្តរជាតិ ដែលបានកើតឡើងនៅក្នុងតំបន់ហ្គាហ្សា និងបានសម្តែងការគាំទ្រចំពោះការចេញដីកាចាប់ខ្លួន របស់ ICC ដែលជាជំហានដំបូង ឆ្ពោះទៅរកការទទួលខុសត្រូវ៕

UNRWA: Gaza situation worsens, looting increases amid looming famine

GAZA៖ A senior official from the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) has warned that the humanitarian situation in Gaza is worsening due to the breakdown of law and order and a rise in looting.

UNRWA’s Under-Secretary-General for Programmes and Partnerships, Natalie Boucly, said that the people of Gaza are facing famine and are in desperate need of assistance. “The entire population of Gaza is in desperate need of assistance amid the ongoing famine,” she stressed.

Humanitarian aid deliveries to Gaza have been severely reduced due to the war and security disruptions. Speaking at a conference in Cyprus, Boucly reported that the number of aid trucks has dropped from 500 to 37 per day, adding that the deliveries are also at high risk of being hijacked by criminal gangs.

Meanwhile, Ms. Boucly said that Gaza has become an uninhabitable place due to the deteriorating humanitarian situation. She also called for accountability for violations of international law committed in Gaza and expressed support for the ICC's arrest warrant as a first step towards accountability.
